hello there.. P3S had the range issue with the 1.6.80 fw. try to downgrade to 1.5.70 until DJI release new fw to fix this problems. (After 1.6.8 update) Phantom 3S Weak RC signal problem SOLVED!!!

remove the microSD card from the drone camera and put it into your computer using card reader or micro SD card adapter.

downgrade to 1.5.70+ do the test flight manage to reach 165 meters or so without any problem at all. try to push further but the juice is running low and had to land the bird. cheers! ;)

recently got back from test flight w/ 1.6.80 firmware + ARGTek 7 dBi + 2.8.3 DJI GO on iOS and also 2.8.1 on Android and 2.8.0 also on Android. result - back to 20 to 30 meters lost signal. :D guess there is no other option for me than to stay on 1.5.70+ until DJI release new firmware for P3S...

happened to me once. just make sure your left stick is in neutral position. if you press the left stick all the way down.. it stays down, even has a little click when it locks.
