Still sat on 1.8 I honestly don't think I will EVER come off this firmware. Phantom flies beautifully and I have confidence in the product. When I upgraded to 2.0 some weeks ago it flew like an absolute pig. I have mine perfect, not changing it!

That's a great idea for solving the nightmare compass on the leg. Is it plug and play into the P2?

I'm sure I read somewhere that the Phantom was supposed to stop, rise 60 meters and then start it's return upon encountering a fail safe situation? Or am I mistaken? Edit: found this... If the PV is at an altitude above 20m, it will stay at that altitude, come to directly above home point, and...

Just an update Jay. Got my TK102B - it happily turns off and stays off. I'm going to follow your excellent write up when I get a few days free (and a Dremel!) and install it inside. £25 from eBay. I'm wondering if you flashed yours with TK102B firmware if it would solve your sleep issue?

Absolutely no issues with my TK102B - P2 flies beautifully as it always has (on 1.8fw) Same range, same video reception, tracker on, working and tested. The only thing I triple check (regarding mobile phones etc) when setting up for flying is that the wifi on my iPhone is off.

I think I'm around 1450 with all my add-ons. No problems though. I only ever fly to 30% - 1st warning.
