I use LItchi to fly the same route every time over golf course construction projects. It turns out ok but not what I was hoping for a timelapse.
Flying a circle like in that video around a smaller target like a home looks better because the viewer “gets” the circle thing and can pay full...
I’m a fan— nice work on the videos. Been using ODM for about a year, works fine for the price. Haven’t been able to create a small enough 3D model to share on Sketchfab/free. The textures make it too big. Sure it’s a user problem.
I can use Lightroom’s Map tab to select all the images around a...
Well then...turns out Litchi doesn’t support the live video feed when taking pictures in 3:2 format. Switch to 4:3 or 16:9 and it works.
Raining outside so can’t test it yet but I did change to 3:2 for these pics. Previously, I always shot in 4:3.
Yes, that’s correct. It is a camera setting for shutter mode. I’m starting the camera instead of video like most curved waypoint missions. Without the curve, it stops at each waypoint then proceeds to the next...jerky & inefficient.
Anyone else having a problem getting Litchi iOS to show a preview when shooting photos in interval mode? It works correctly in video mode and in Go 4.
Litchi just shows a cached photo from earlier in the day or the beginning of the flight. It still takes the photos but I don’t see the view from...
I have that same Microraptor case originally for a P3S. Bought replacement foam for the P4P so battery cutouts fit right. Very happy with it. Feels solid. I have several Pelican cases for other things. Not as nice as a Pelican but close enough. Definitely not flimsy.
Same issue here Brad on Win10/Chrome. Can't get any of the waypoint or POI properties to display in the pop-up box like normal. Basically non-functional right now.
I spent a few hours today watching videos of CloudCompare to get an idea what it can do with stockpile volumes. It looks more than capable but not as easy as Pix4D, DroneDeploy or PhotoScan. If the cost of those aren’t an issue, they are probably the best options.
The decision always seems to...
I bought the Neewers first. One had a little spot on it so I used lens cleaner on it. Bad idea. Melted some kind of coating off of it. Fortunately they took it back.
Bought the Polar Pro NDs & have been happy with them. Will probably buy the polarized ones too.
