Bob Myers-Monitor your cell balance during flight? Since when? Thats nonsense. We've put thousands of hours on Phantom batteries without monitoring each cell during flight. Cell balance is really an issue when charging. Besides what would you do about it mid flight? Pray?

If DJI just released the software this thread would die a natural death.

DJI's website says these features are already available on the pro/adv. At some point we need to file a class action for false advertisement. DJI puts this stuff on their website knowing it isnt remotely true.

Interesting that Amazon is short of the new Phantom 2. Not sure if it's a popularity/volume issue or reduced inventory by DJI? Some other sites are short also (although some do have stock) so who knows..Just curious if it's at all related to the announcement next week.

FYI..Re: the GoPro 4Silver or Black question; the black is actually a slight bit heavier; so if weight is a concern or you worry about balancing the 3d gimbal, you may consider that. FWIW.

DJI Updated the assist software for A2 today; updates the parachute function. Wonder if that will come out soon for the NAVA 2
