I just realised after looking through all the videos and user manuals online that there is no switch for atti mode. Does anybody have any information on this? i often use atti mode at the start of every flight to gauge wind speed and direction...and its also fun to fly with. So what gives?
I think they would recover fine, I saw a video on youtube where a guy accidentally hit a water tower and it tipped upside down a slid down the steel side panel once falling off completely it turned the right way back up and continued flying
They will have to release another update soon to add the mavic won't they? Maybe if we all voice our opinions on the right forums they will make the changes?
You can just use the tap and fly feature... Simply touch the screen which ever direction you want to fly and it will keep going that way.. You can even adjust the speed at which it flies..
No flyaway would have occurred, I flew mine a few times with this rebooting problem.. When it would start rebooting cycle I just hit rth and when it was close enough for me to see I just flew it in for landing manually no screen..
Actually I'm pretty sure it was the latest samsung update that causes this issue. I have an S7 edge and I have the same problem but there are people saying their working fine as they haven't updated yet.
I regularly get at least 3.5km (2miles) and that's from an apartment balcony with a lot of wifi signals around me... I also use my own wifi as a source of internet for maps whilst flying.
If flying over water you can tape over the downward facing cameras as this is what follows the water pattern. This won't create any problems... The ultrasonic sensors determine the height of the craft. That is all.
