You could maybe try re-downloading the update file again (delete the old one and empty trash bin) the try reflashing. It may just be that you have a corrupt upgrade file.
Hope this helps.
Got the same cracks here too on my p3a. On both of the back arms and only one hole per arm.
I put some zip ties around them in hopes it don't get any worse, or spread to the motor holes.
Using a Galaxy Note 4 here and am also getting the stuttering and jerkiness in the live feed fpv while recording in 2.7k. But if I change to 1080p, the jerks go away. no app crashes.
I also have the 300A controller w/hdmi mod kit in it.

I use a Note 4 and my fpv is jerky when recording in 2.7k. If I change to 1080p, the jerkiness goes away. Seems the new resolution is straining the fpv down feed.
You could try turning off video cache in the dji go app, also uninstall the updates for google play services and uncheck the auto updates for it. I was also getting disconnects til I did this, and it's been good ever since.
Hope this helps.
Happy flying!!
Maybe it's the way you have your antennas pointed. make sure the flat sides are pointed at the copter and not the tips. (just a suggestion) Hope it helps.
Well, I hope it works out for you!
I will be getting my HDMI board for my controller in a few days, so I shouldn't have any lag at all when viewing on a separate monitor.
Actually, I don't even know. It's not even in my application manager.
I just uninstalled the updates til I couldn't anymore and even disabled the app, but disabling it made other app complain to I enabled it again.
I am running android version 5.0.1 on the note 4
Ok... found the google play...
I fly with a note 4 and I have to say I was getting frustrated with the app crashes. So, I did the downgrade of the google play services, unchecked the video cache in the go app, and I haven't had a app crash yet and the fpv view is non lagging.
Yes, I would also like to know if it would have just landed or just hovered there at 145ft. I guess we will never know and I don't think I want to try it out. :) I'm very happy with the way it flies, and if they can get the dji go app to play nice with the google services, there will be no...
I have the flight txt as it was split in two when the app crashed the new one is just a point in the middle of the field where it was hovering. I have been testing out disabling things so I don't get app crashes ( google services) and when I disabled it, I would get no map, so I re-enabled it...
I think if you were to do nothing and just hit the RTH button on the controller, it would have came back to me.
But I knew where it was in the sky so I just wanted video feed back, so I unplugged the usb from the controller and then plugged it back in, which gave it a new homepoint in the field...
I notice the same. I only see the KML & KML w/alerts even though he has on the site "A converter is also available - once uploaded, you can download KML, CSV (alpha) and Flytrex-compatible CSV (alpha)."
Maybe you need to contact the guy that runs the site and see if he can add that.
