My Phantom 3 doesn't want to upgrade, it is still on 1.1.9. I downloaded the firmware bin put the bin file directly on the root of the sd card, put the sd card in the phantom, turned the phantom on. It does its normal startup routine, front goes red back flash yellow but no system board beeping...

No this isn't it. It was a site that you logged in with your DJI credentials and it pulled all your flight logs from DJI. Saved the hassle of having to hook up the ipad to retrieve them.

I can't find the website where you can login and see all of your logs, I know it was third party and some people didn't like the idea but I lost my link to it and wanted to get back there :)

Some can, but you have to be careful on the height as the LG on the P3 is taller so most P2 cases would crush/put pressure on props or motors of the P3.

It is _NOT_ flying normally 0-39 seconds .. look at the horizon. This was not a collision this was a failure, whether caused by a previous incident or not we can't say with the evidence we have. But I would stake my paycheck on this not being a bird hit.

I'm sure you have, but sometimes obvious things are the problem. Did you take the plastic off the lens that it ships with? Grab a friends iPhone just for testing purposes, many have found iOS to be more stable.

Has anyone successfully filed a claim with them? They look like a tiny shop? The problem with SquareTrade is that if you call them they will tell you they do NOT cover drones, if you buy a camera warranty and apply it they say they will deny the claim when you have one.

Out of curiosity, which warranty did you buy? I've been having difficulty finding anyone to cover drones in writing. Sometimes a sales person tells me yes but the contract says otherwise.

Just to be clear there is no might about it. You WILL void your warranty. On a $1200 purchase to save $150? Buy a pocket finder, attach it and be done with it.
