The repair is done, do you see the photo? The motor has not come apart but the gimble arm is loose on the motor

I just replaced some parts on the gimble arm. My question is does the arm need to be glued to the motor as shown in the picture? It seems to slide off easily. What is the best way to glue if so? Apologies if this has been asked before.
