I have the same problem, i arrived in maldives for a shooting and is almost 8 daus that i trying a solution... have same problem with rc firmware too.. contacted dji support and on facevook too, i have dji care and i ask them to replace my drone sending it in honk kong from here but as usual...
As title i arrive in Maldives for a commecial of an island one week ago. I upgraded the app and firmware and after that i stop recived video signal to my Rc. I contact all support option of Dji. Downgrade and upgrading to all release of firmwar, use all kind of ios , android and google device...
