This may be a stupid question but can I bind my Vision with say a Spektrum DX9 and just remount the wifi extender and phone holder on the DX? Am I just limited to the DJI Vision transmitter? Am I understanding right that the transmitter is still 2.4 and 5.8 for video? Thanks for any explanation.

Just a reminder of an easy fix to help with orientation while flying your Phantom. I just took the head strap off one of my head lamps....a couple pieces of velcro, and it helps even an experienced pilot with orientation....even in the daytime. Works great and and definately adds to the coolness...

Seems like the best videos are the ones you forgot to hit the record button on. Did it the other day when 3 sand hill cranes flew right by my Phantom....looked down at my phone and noticed I wasn't recording.
