Same here. I had many crashes with my P2 but when I started flying my new P3 I got really nervous for at least the first 15 flights and then you start getting a little confidence. I think it's the cost of this hobby running through your mind realizing you could crash at any moment. Have fun.
I am using a Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon X2 with I5, 8 meg ram and a SSD and 4k plays just fine. I can also edit on my Sony Movie Studio Plat but it takes some time to render but also works well. In no more than 15 minutes I can render about a 10 minute movie in BlueRay but it gets a little warm.
I have made some 70+ flights under a number of conditions and have not experienced any problems (that was not of my own making). Most of the problems that seem to crop up are where people just don't seem to want to read the manual in it's entirety and then completely understand the technology...

I have about 115 flights on mine without a single mishap (knock on wood) and have some stunning shots and 4k movies to show for it. This is some kind of sweet machine. Can't wait for the ground station software to be released so I can use waypoints like I did on my Phantom V2+.
