Re: What is the biggest and best battery I could use on Phan
I am using turnigy 3s 4000mah batteries on my Phantom, I had to some serious modifications to the battery compartment to make them fit getting about 12mins-14mins flight time with brushless gimbal and cheap fpv set-up
depends if you just a park flyer and dont give a S%#! or you want a smooth ride good video with out vibration.
I think with dji products vibration to the naza can cause crashes, so its probably better to balance props. but not totally necessary!
by the way you dont need a prop balancer just...
I am using the dji 450 escs and motors and 9inch props on my Phantom. Runs perfect.
I also cut a big arse hole in the front of it to fit a bigger battery. Getting about 15mins flying
If you talking about fc/or Brains of a bird there is actually a lot of choice.
microkopter, super-x , hoverfly pro etc
but for a whole set-up plug and play thing under 3 gs there is not much out there and other than dji. :(
The other option is to buy a frame then build one yourself it cost...
What are you talking about Mal_PV2_Ireland?
of course you can change it! just desolder in phantom 1 case it or unplug it and plug in the new rx/tx system
easy!
