    Drones at Big Mountain Overlook in PA?

    Does anyone know if there is any regulation of flying a drone to get a panoramic shot of the overlook at Big Mountain Overlook in PA, i know that it hovers above or near Buchanan state forest although i've seen a few youtube videos of footage there, so unsure. Thanks in advance
