    Well I did down grade the software and reupdate it and it work but a week later it was back. I had to send it back to dji and they fixed it for me

    New pictures taking today and the blur is gone now and it was down to using d-log after I changed it and turn it off it was fine.

    Yes I did and I've checked on YouTube about this problem and people are saying you need to re-update it and see if that works
