I installed yesterday the ImmersionRC 600mW A/V transmitter with a Black Pearl Diversity Monitor 7" screen, 5.8GHz.
The signal seems a bit flaky. What channel should I have it set to get the best signal?

I actually placed it exactly in the same place as this video. Including the Can Bus. Cool! My only worry and concern is heating issues. I made sure it's away from all cables. I will post some images later on tonight after work.
I placed the ImmersionRC 600mW A/V transmitter to the bottom of my Phantom 2 v2 and after the transmitter got hot, it fell off. Is there a special recommended double sided tape (or velcro tape) that I should be using that is heat resistant?
I installed the iOSD mini inside the Phantom 2, but I have not taken it out for a flight yet. I've been reading and some people recommend to have it outside the airframe because it needs air circulation? Thoughts? Inside or outside?
