They told me it was my problem. The warranty for the batteries were only for 60 days from purchase. Well mine didn't start to crack until about 3-4 months in. They were NO Help on this issue.

They are with with 60 days of warranty expiration. However, for a know issue, DJI should cover beyond the 60 days within reason Sent from my iPad using PhantomPilots

Compass 1 says Disconnected and Compass 2 is working perfectly No crashes, no hard landings. Only firmware updates. Help

I purchase the 1st gen iPad mini. It opened the app, but that was it. DJI said it needed to be a mini 2 or higher. I exchanged it for a mini 3. works flawlessly

I purchased the Chinese off brand that someone posted previously. I trimmed or melted to reform the corners where the landing gear goes in. I cut to allow the gimbal clamps to fit. I trimmed out the 3 battery slots and the front so my iPad mini and sun shade would fit and deepened the holes...

I ordered a hard case similar to DJI's and found the same issue. I ordered a Hot Knife from Amazon and it was easy to modify the hard foam for the Phantom 4.
