I did the v3.10 update. I have the vision+V3. So far I have 2 issues: 1. The IMU calibration can take a long time or even fail to calibrate. 2. Both the wheel gimbal control on the new RC and the Vision app no longer work (essentially the gimbal control is gone). I hope they fix the bugs soon.
Well, any new technology or electronics is prone to "beta" issues or failures. I'm not sure if Yuneec is a better company than DJI. I would wait before jumping to buy the Yuneec.

Now that you've sent it to DJI, I would use the tracking number to find when it arrives at DJI, then bug the heck out of them with phone calls and emails. Good luck!

I realize Our Phantoms are made in China. However I was wondering if there are any laws or precautions of flying the phantoms in China. I'll be in Beijing and Shanghai this summer. Thanks.
