ra I have latest DJI app. Where in app do you go to update RC. Do you need Wifi connection for any download or does it update through aircraft?

Do you have to update the remote controller also? DJI instructions suck! I actually plugged the micro sd card with new update into remote controller and it did nothing, so assumed it does not. My aircraft reads 1.5.3 and remote controller reads 1.4.3. Is this correct?

I always shoot RAW.

I have owned a Vision & Vision Plus. Maybe I expected more from my new Phantom 3 Pro, but my still pictures seem a bit dull and soft, not as sharp as my Vision Plus. Anybody else notice this? I found a couple videos on Pilot app camera settings, but nothing great.

Whenever I hit the camera button to take a single pic, my camera button goes into continuous shoot mode and starts shooting continuous. I have single frame selected. Is there a bug in the app or camera after recent updates I'm unaware of?

The biggest downside to Solo is the distance/range, 1/2 mile is pretty bad really. Amazing they put so much into it but crappy range. Think I'll stick with Phantom 3 for now.

Re: UNOFFICIAL Vision App for Android (Distance, Speed, etc) Is this modified app going to be updated soon with 1.0.58 app? I use Android and with new Android update, 1.0.54 crashes non stop and was fixed in 1.0.58. Having to use the stock app now and really wish the modified! I'll donate more.

Re: UNOFFICIAL Vision App for Android (Distance, Speed, etc) I use this modified app and although this may be a problem with the DJI app itself, I'm having horrible FPV problems again, frozen-green screen. I normally set mine to 640x480 15fps and ever since this last update it has been an issue...

I have the Vision + and it's gimbal is fine with plenty of room.

Actually, if you push both sticks inward together it will circle one direction, move both sticks outward together it will circle the other. The tighter you move both sticks in or out together the tighter the radius.

The way this article reads, we might as well regulate golf courses as you can easily get hit in the temple and die from a stray golf shot. The guy states he was flying on a windy day with no GPS lock, what an idiot to do that and an idiot to write an article about it. You can't fix stupid.

My battery charged just fine and works just like the DJI battery. I haven't timed flight yet but will do and report back.

I received mine last week but haven't tried to charge yet. I'll try mine this evening to see what happens. When you say "nothing," you mean no flashing lights? How long did you leave on DJI charger?
