This was taken about 10' altitude. It could have been taken from the ground. I just happened to see an email about PhantomPilots and this was one of the few pictures that I had on this computer, LOL! Lots of amazing shots.

This was the 4th picture that I took with my Phantom 3. Mature wheat in SW Missouri.

So, if I plan monetize some hobbyist type videos, then I probably won't have any problems? I have been looking at the 333 waiver list, and it seems that it's about a 6 month waiting period. I still haven't purchased a drone yet, but really would like to add these to my monetized list on YouTube...

So, I can upload to YouTube as a hobbyist and not have to worry about violating something?

I am currently monetizing some videos on YouTube... Everything from repairing a dryer to ATV and truck and tractor videos... I realize that you need a 333 waiver to qualify for commercial use of a drone. I am just curious if anyone else on this forum is monetizing their drone videos on YouTube...
