So people keep sating to just download the FireWare update from dji website, but that's the problem! When I try that I get a message saying that Safari can't open it! What I'm I doing wrong?? Am I supposed to connect the remote or the drone to do the upgrade!! Thanks

I tried that from my iPhone and it keeps saying safari can't open the file?

So just got my phantom 3 advanced. Went through all the set up but when dji app is opened it says 'disconnected' at the top. So I guess this means FireWare in remote control needs to be upgraded. When I go to the file to download on the dji site and click on it, I get a message saying Safari...
