Hi, I managed to fix it, turns out the IMU was not calibrated properly and needed to be done outside. After doing that it started right up. I updated the starting message to make sure others don't have similar issues. Thanks for all of your help, I really do appreciate it!

Hi, the only reason I think this is not really likely is that the NAZA software is picking up the controller inputs, I’ll still give it a try though just in case. Thanks!
