Haven't really noticed any tutorial on this part but the plastic plate that the 2 antenna are on, what do you guys do to mount it on to the WiFi extender box? I don't see any signs of screws or anything, are they just kinda super glued for the most part?

Well, I followed a connection of wires leading from the sticks to a circuit board. I swapped at where the connections lead to. In theory the operations of the sticks should be switched. Now I just need some better non snowy weather to fly in.

I've seen references to people having issues playing video on their Ultra but no mentions of a fix or workaround. When I try to play a video through the stock player I get a video cannot be played error. I've tried bsplayer and mxplayer and it will play but it is slow motion. Kind of annoying...
