Vps cuts out at 9.6 feet or something I believe so 10 feet is the bare minimum you want to be flying with vps on over water or else the drone might drop due to not knowing it's surroundings. I personally turn it off whenever I plan on flying over water
Recently I have been flying my phantom and noticed a lot of birds being attracted to it even a have a couple video of birds chasing the drone. I have been trying to find a way to avoid the birds at best or to shake em off. I normally land the second birds start getting a little crazy but I worry...
Have you tried a new ad card or flashing the one that came with the drone. In case you didn't know you have to use a card 64 gb or under and it has to be a uhs-1 and a 10 class. This worked for me. Are you still getting the live feed?

I actually seemed to fix it through my numerous trial and error. And calibrating everything and trying new spots to calibrate and I found once you calibrate you really don't to do it again until you see error. And since I haven't. Next time you calibrate your drone go to an open field and put...
Too late. Lol it actually works well I only had it in for 5 minutes. I love where it is normally 115 degrees Fahrenheit out but thanks to storms it cooled the weather done so I was able to fly I'm the morning and at night. But the imu has to reach temperature and just sitting outside for more...
To be advised. I use a hair dryer on cool setting or a desk top fan to blow air on drone when updating just to be known it helps keep the drone cool and updates better. Espeacially when not flying the phantom but it is powered on for a long time
