When I start to fly i erase and format the sim card. this last flight took 20 mins of video 4 pictures.. landed changed batteries... went flew again and when i got home the last video was corrupt.
anyone ever have this issue?
my phantom was there for 9 weeks before they sent it back saying nothing was wrong with it....they ended up send me a shipping label for 2 day shipping ..shipped it back they replaced the camera same day and 2 day'd it back to me.
NINE F IN WEEKS!
Everyone wasnt kidding about how shitty DJI support is. My unit has been at DJI for repair now for 7 weeks and still no updates. Emails tell me I can call for updates and everytime I call the automatic machine wants to transfer me to another company for support......what a F ing joke of a company
little update..my experience is going kind of like @redwood ...... 3 weeks now and my unit was just checked into que....I am spot "L" which leads me to believe that I have to get to "A" 12 spots before my phantoms even looked at
A caution to anyone thinking about sending they're unit in to DJI for repairs......DJI got my phantom yesterday and they quoted me 5 weeks to get it back without even looking at it yet!
Have you checked your limits in the phantom control panel on the computer? Click Advanced-then Limits and itll allow you to change your max hight and max radius.
