Both of these sites are SCAMS. The first one triggered a malware notification from my antivirus system and the second is a fake company - when you call their contact number it's answered by "California Kite Boarding" I've sent a message directly to Tarot in hopes of finding a legit replacement.

You're welcome. Mine didn't come with any specific "lights" documentation either so it was quite annoying but I was happy to find a simple/inexpensive solution ($20 for landing gear, compass, cable combo).
