I reset the the controllers link to the phantom and I reset the WiFi by holding the camera button a toggling s1. I went for a flight and I was 105m high and 200meters away, which is almost double I have ever achieved and I was flying with a lot of interference, so I think it’s sorted

I sorted it out, all I did was reset the controller and sorted

Can anyone give me assistance how to downgrade the firmware, I am struggling to get further than 70meters away. I have read downgrading the firmware may help but have no idea how to. I’m using an iPhone XR with my Dji phantom 3 standard

That sounds about right, I’m not excepting huge range but I want atleast 350m+

Do you have mods? What firmware are you using?

Just another thing, I never lose video feed which makes me think it’s a hardware issue. I could be wrong lol, but just trying to figure this out

I am from South Africa, I have read on here it could be loose connection inside the control, will check that out today.

I bought a second hand Phantom 3 standard, it works great, my only concern is the range, every time I go over +- 70m it returns to home, I have read it’s a firmware issue, does anyone have a solution for me as I’m new to drones. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
