Update from DJI... I received this email on December 24th and then one more again today. This is the 6th and now 7th person I've dealt with from DJI. This tells me absolutely nothing in relation to WHY my drone just shut off and crashed. I seem to be getting passed around from DJI...

Unfortunately, no. DJI still has my P4P+. They were conducting the data analysis and I've now received the same email stating that they are waiting to get a response back from the team conducting the analysis.

I appreciate the response and *opinion.* I honestly believe you when it comes to taking the time to diagnose and fix the drone based on it's "error." It's sad to see when the consumer spends thousands of dollars on DJI products and accessories. I'm going to do everything I can to get this...

No, the battery was still fully secured in the drone after the crash.

I uploaded the flight records to DJI. How can I upload them here if my drone is currently at DJI? Is there a way to extract them and add them to this thread?

Yes, the *click* was a double click. The battery was fully secure in the drone before flight. Thank you for the clarification.

Status update: I'm currently in correspondence with a Manager from the DJI Technical Support Team. I've synced flight records from the incident and they are conducting a data analysis on the P4P+. I will update the status as things develop.
