All purchased new. Wouldn't charge right out of the box. Remote charged with no problem, but the battery would not go past one bar. And as of now now the battery is totally unresponsive after me trying to charge for 48 hours.

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum, but I also have several Mavic drones I just purchased my first Phantom series drone; however, I cant get the battery to charge past one bar. Is this normal; or is there a way to reset the battery?
