Thanks so much! I figured it was true that altitude was relative to the home point. Now that I know more about how litchi works with google, I think the best bet is to pre fly the mission to get the waypoint altitudes in FPV , then build the waypoint mission.

Has anyone gotten this setup to run? After downloading litchi, I can't get past a "failure to connect to DJI Servers" error message. Even the DJI GO app won't run now. Help!

Has anyone had any luck flying the P4 with Litchi on a Nexus 7 II? So far, all I get is "failure to connect to DJI servers" message, and litchi blames it on DJI. DJI, of course, does not respond.

Have you gotten litchi to run on your Nexus 7? I've loaded on my N7, and can't get past initialzation. Fly litchi blames it on DJI, DJI doesn't respond! By the way, since loading litchi, DJI GO doesn't work either...

I can't see the point in 64 GB cards either. Do you want to store the work of many flights on one card and keep sending it out and risk losing it all? My preference is a number of 16 GB cards in different colours so I don't get them mixed up. Thanks for the valuable info! I shoot video at...

As a newby, I learn more on virtually every flight. Most recent was an attempt to get some shots of the cliffs on a mountain top. I was flying from a hill top approximately 1.5 miles from the mountain. The P4 was barely visible against the background. I'd set the RTH altitude to 80 meters...

You have probably discovered the old iPad is too slow. My a1458 (iPad gen 4) suffers from blackout. Not only that, it's heavy, ungainly, and doesn't fit the controller without an adapter. I have an iPad mini 2 on the way...it seemed like the best economical choice, as I'm not ready to go...
