Yeah that's a package deal with the backpack, I didn't get it. I bought just the P3P by itself.

When I placed my order on DJI's website it said "Available to ship: 5-7 working days after payment is confirmed." I just checked the website again and it still says 5-7 days, so not sure where you got the 15-20 business days?

Ordered my P3P with an extra battery at dji.com on July 1st and it hasn't shipped yet, emailied them today inquiring about it. If it doesn't get shipped this week I'll cancel and order through one of the dealers.

This has always been an issue for me as well. I used to record a bunch using my Contour helmet cam and it would split the videos. But yeah it's the limitation of the FAT32 format.
