I have an Nvidia Shield K1 for my tablet. Since the Andriod update earlier this year the the app crashed about 8 to 10 minutes into the flight. The latest version updated 7/26 has now been used on 3 flights well beyond the 15 minute marks for each with no crashes! Could something have been fixed?

Well I updated DJI GO 4 (4.1.4 released on the 26th) and took the drone out today, after 17 minutes of flight the app did not crash. Will run the test again tomorrow and see if it is repeatable. Ran out of daylight today. Maybe some progress?

Update was fine with no issues. It did not fix the app crashing in Android. No significant changes for me, I do like the lower idle rpm on the ground before takeoff.

I have never loaded go 3. There is a problem when I update to the latest andriod os. Thus, I have to keep the auto update from downloading. Not other fix has worked.

I have the same issue with mine. There is no real resolution, only options. 1. Do a factory restore as mentioned and do not upgrade. 2 use Litchi and bag Dji go 4. It doesn't appear that Dji will fix the app.

Well the latest testing is finding that the video feed gets unstable then the app crashes. I still do n ot have it locally cashed, thus it appears to be an internal problem with the software.

I will probably drop the dji software as well. I cannot fix the junky app.
