    New RC doesn't charge

    Hi, I have a problem with my new RC Phantom 3 Advanced, yesterday I received it and today i want to charge it but does not charge, it only turns on a white bulb and then the red light up and starts to make noise (beeping). I don't know what to do :( (Sorry for my english, I'm from Mexico)
