Think I need to experiment more with 60fps. Would be OK if the weather would calm down!!

Apologies- if shooting at 30fps - your shutter should be double so 1/60th sec ideally, then adjust your ISO to suit. Here's a good read explaining the 180 Degree Shutter. Why Shutter Speed Matters With DSLR Video

Bring your ISO down to 100 and your shutter speed down to 50 - if your footage is too bright at this setting, you need to get some Neural Density filters.

That's usually down to shutter speed - if you are shooting @ 100iso~ 1/50sec it should be smoooooooth. Go over 1/100th and you'll start getting strobing/ tears etc
