I had my first flight after the latest update and everything is fine....if you check and reset the settings that were changed by the update. I was able to go my usual 45 mph in sport mode, the P4 was stable with altitude holding. Still, looks like a winner to me.

I'm from West Gardiner Maine, wintering in Florence AZ but about ready to fly (Delta) back to Maine this coming Monday. I'm about 4 weeks with a P4 and am enjoying it. As a past private pilot fixed wing and helicopter owner/pilot I can tell you that "altitude is your friend." Ron L.

You do have to put it on the lens cover very carefully. I usually tip the P4 on its back legs with the quad in front of me. At that angle, I gently rotate the camera to the forward position and place the cover over the lens. I have marked the legs with a sharpie so I know where the leg clamps go...

Can you still see the black prop rings versus the gray prop rings? In the picture, it looks like you can't.

You may want to check the cable that you use to attach the iPad Mini 4 to the remote controller. See if it works correctly when attached to your computer. Some secondary market cables are inferior or not "apple certified." I bought a new iPad Mini 4 and it worked flawlessly with my P4.
