    I have experianced the same problem. I FIXED mine. Try this. Turn on your controler then your drone BUT DONT TURN ON THE DJI GO APP ON YOUR PHONE OR TABLET YET. Then go to your phone or tablet and select wifi. Choose phantom wifi. After wifi connection THEN open the dji app and Should Connect...

    DJI Go App showing as disconnected

    Try this. Turn on your controller and your drone but dont turn on your dji app yet. Next go to your phone or pad and open your wifi and connect to phantom. Next go to your dji app and open it. Now you should be connected.
