The propeller in my crash was an aftermarket brand. I can only assume the threads were bad. This my #3 drone so I wasn't in a hurry to get it back in the air, but now I hope to with some antenna mods, a new shell and paint scheme. Hopefully flying better than ever.

Yep, same thing happened to me. On top of them being knockoffs. The drone doesn't fly normally. It's like the aren't balanced correctly or warped or something. Basically useless.
