Finally i have found the problem, i use a samsung tab E so i tried it on my phone and all was fine, so for some reason its the tab, i restarted the tab to factory settings and reloaded DJI go4 but no change any idea why this has happened??

I have a phantom 4 and it is all up to date with its soft ware but i am getting broken video trans and the display keeps saying "signal lost" its driving me nuts and i cant find a fix anywhere. does anyone have a fix !!

tried them all, changed the leads, made sure the USB socket wasn't on charge. have spent the whole afternoon and most of this evening on it. but thanks for the reply and i will have another look through and see if i missed anything,

I updated my Samsung s5 to 6.1 the other day and now i find that the rc will no longer connect. I have cleared the cache and re installed the app, changed leads and done a fair bit of swearing all to no avail. I tried a samsung tab 2 and that works fine but is a tad to slow to keep up with the...
