Yes I sent it in twice for the sake problem, including the remote both times. I think I got a new remote but definitely not a new bird. Many components were replaced but I don't what specifically fixed it. The items replaced are very hard to decipher on the paperwork. Sent from my iPhone...

P3S 30-40m issue - I tried everything, sent my drone in twice, the second time they fixed whatever the problem was and it flies like new again. No cost. Just wanted to close the loop on this with my case specifically.

I'm certain it is not interference, as I've tried multiple cities/countryside/etc all with the exact same problem.

Many times it does, but not always.

I tried a couple of new things tonight with no luck: - stock SD card - iphone in airport mode, wifi enabled, only the RC was found (no interference from other wifi) - left my garmin smartwatch at home - reset all camera settings - firmware 1.7.84

I did ask for a brand new, never used, in the box P3S to replace the one I have and am waiting to hear back. I'm not optimistic.

DJI has asked me to send it in again....but with no information on what they might do differently this time I'm hesitant. Last time it took a week to get there, a week to for the return. They did complete the work in 24 hours or so, and free of charge, but to receive it back with the exact...

Wow. Same. Exact. Problem. I'm at a loss....even tried a different iphone that had never been connected. 30/40m and it's RC lost (full signal immediately prior). No idea what to do now, but this thing is nearly a paperweight.
