Try a can of compressed air, "perhaps" there may be a small twig or minute granules of sand that got in there inadvertently. Carefully blow it out and see if the catchy feeling lessens or hopefully disappears all together. Fingers are crossed for you. RedHotPoker

You could wait it out, nearer to the warranty deadline, then return it. When they send it back, add the plates to the new shell. Seriously, not an issue unless the motors are coming loose and it threatens disaster. Clear nail polish. Some guys drill a tiny dremel hole on each end of the crack...

If you place the micro sd card back in your computer, there will be a text file. Check it to see if it tells you Success. Then when done, you can format the card in the drone. RedHotPoker

Hi and welcome.. Extra micro sd cards will be important. A few intelligent flight batteries will keep you aloft longer. DJI created a firmware update, that makes other batteries from outside their domain obsolete. Please don't waste your money or thoughts, use only OEM options. Some folks like...
