    Anyone have advice on wobbly descents

    ANY 'copter will wobble on descend, if done too quickly, because the props are in "dirty air"...it's own turbulence. Try: descending slower or pitch it forward/backward slightly.

    Yet another lost Phantom

    You have to keep in mind current voltage in the battery. Your phantom may very well have been Returning To Home, but just didn't have enough battery to get "back home."

    DJI 1038 10-inch Propeller Test

    I put 9x4 Zingers on mine and it flies so much better. Better response with stiffer props, much stabler video(aka Jello-free)-(even more so than balanced stock 8" props). It is a little louder, but I'm not trying to sneak up on anyone!

    CFG-ERR[8]

    I was getting the CFG-ERR(8) after I installed my new Tx/Rx, until I got the fail safe set correctly. Rebooted the MC and all error codes went away. Not sure if that helps, but maybe something to check!
