I was pleasantly surprised. Just talked to a nice lady at the Best Buy store in Buckhead GA and they have one in stock and will swap it out tomorrow. It's a 6hr round trip drive but I can get it resolved tomorrow.

Glad to hear that. I have sent DJI an email and via the online form and have received an automated ticket. I bought mine from Best Buy using gift cards so I may not have as lucky. BB has extended their Christmas return policy to 01/15 so I may try to get a replacement via that route.

Add my Pro... It flew fine 5 minutes before the 1.6.004 update and now get ESC Status error every time I try to start it. I also get flashes of "Poor Radio Channel Quality" that never happened before. Everything else looks normal. Except that it won't fly and I need it today for a project.
