Thanks odlaen, resetting the gimbal is definitely a 2 person task so I took it back to Hobby Action - great bunch of guys and customer service, they actually used a short length of copper wire and held them in place with thumbs, it did reset, we did the upgrade and still nothing, they replaced...

I just installed my H3-3D gimbal and GoPro Hero 3+ Black on my new Phantom 2, the gimbal doesn't activate at all, but the camera has a red light - any thoughts on why? Assistant software doesn't recognize the gimbal either. Thanks in advance.
