I fixed mine by switching off mobile data on my phone PHEW :)

I am having the same issues now. Tried with both an iPhone and my Galaxy and both do not connect. The repeater light is flashing on and off .......... clues please.

Recieved an email from Keri on the 28th of July telling me they were at #XXXXXX2950 and that I should expect that mine would be ready to send in a couple of weeks. Not recieved any notification as yet. my number is 3122 so they are not even achieving 100 a week as they claim

I think you might find they are still in the 2000 area a bit of time to go yet. I ordered in April and have had no shipping notification my number is 1402073122

In other words, its the responsibility of the business (in this case RotorPixel) to prove they have posted the item.

I not sure how it happens in Canada but in the UK, when you post something you can ask for a proof of posting. This costs nothing and puts the onus if something goes wrong, with the post office (UK postal service). I would assume that ANY business would do this if the customer has not asked...

OK, I will bite. You really are having a laugh! Nobody has seen anything from them and they are avoiding all emails and facebook posts asking for dates for customer shipping info and YOU are going to throw more money at them??????

There is a lot of denial going on here. Most people are afraid to post complaints for the fear of the company going tits up. But the reality is that its a buggy bit of kit that takes a lot to get set correct and the company are just not helping themselves at all. Maybe they are trying to put out...
