I knew that this question is going to come up and I should have posted more info. PC don't have no problem with 4K at all and file was copied to SSD Video Editing Drive. I never had problems with any 4K

Have you tried the letchi app? Not saying I'm in the know but worth a shot many love that app and don't mind paying for it.
