I've dated with three released and never had an issue. I use pc to update phantom 4 every time. Controller separately. I've a P2 and P4 with iPod Pro 9.7

Saw this thread and had similar experiences with my P2, and bought me some clear plastic tubing from Lowes. Cut it to size and when I'm flying I just pop these on and they protect the feet from scuffing on pavement or concrete pads. Now my P4 has clean un-scuffed landing pads.

Thanks, like I've said I have flown at the Club Location on lots of occasions and filmed with other aircraft and quads, best friend has a P2 Vision and we fly frequently together almost pilot station to pilot station and no issue. I'm tending to think it has to do with this one Pilot and his P3.

I also had the beeps in similar situations. However once I calibrated the sensors I did get them again. I used a takeoff/landing pad due to the grass as the although mowed grass was tall and thick. As I said once calibrated the beeps prior to takeoff have not returned.
