Was my first flight today with the latest firmware. iPad Air 2, flew in P mode for about 20 minutes, landed with 30% battery left. No issues.

Just got an email from DJI with a 79€ coupon code towards the purchase of an extra battery (169€), so a 47% discount. Think I'm gonna make use of the offer :D

Why is ordering from DJI such a big issue? They are cheaper than most local shops, and their shipping is fast. If something goes wrong and they refuse you rightful service you are entitled to under local laws, just issue a chargeback. Problem solved.

When turned on, my Phantom 4 gimbal makes a kind of quiet, high speed noise that resembles ticking or clicking. Is it normal?

Any updates on this? I'm looking for a filter set for my P3P and P4, and there's quite a few different brands to choose from.

I've taken my P3P with me abroad several times in the Manfrotto backpack, never had any issues. Enough room for the bird itself, batteries, accessories, remote, iPad, a notebook and headphones. Fantastic build quality overall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What makes my phobia even more annoying is that I live in Norway, a country with beautiful fjords and high mountain lakes. Scenery we have here just begs to be filmed from above the water. But noooo :mad:

Been there, done that. Crashed a new-ish P3P into a side of the building. Was flying it pointing towards me, and confused the directions when it was moving sideways. I've learned my lesson, sucked it up and replaced the damaged parts (shell and gimbal). Cynical as it sounds, but I'm fine with...

No, and after it tipped I just turned it off and back on again, and after having a quick look at arms and props, went on to fly for 10 solid minutes without any issues.
