See if the silver hub prop fits all four motors. If it does, then it has two of the motors wrong. Two go on clockwise..the other two counterclockwise.

Sounds like you may have gotten two wrong motors. If they all spin the same (same motors) it will not fly. Two have to spin in the opposite direction.

I have a Go Professional case and have left it upright several times.....no harm done.

I too am using the Samsung Tab 4 7" from Walmart. Works fine other than it about a half a second lag. You do need to make sure that debugging is turned on.
