An app I use to help me know the terrain where I am flying is “You need a map”. Just google it and it will lead you to the app or search for it on your app page. This app is really powerful and can be used for many things.
One way I use it is to see what the terrain is where I am flying...
I'm an idiot but lucky I guess. I was in mine for the first time last week to do the GPS foil tape mod and I said to myself " That connection is way to lose, does not have a lock on it and is a lousy design." Buttoned back up just as it was and flew later. Bird was a little wacky. I am going...
Great post.. Just a thought about newbees.. We all have been there.. But maybe a way to eliminate all the repeat questions is to not allow a new member (newbee) post until they have been a member of this forum for a week or some amount of time or some amount of browsing.. Just a thought..
But how do you know. If it crashes and the props are damaged you would assume they were damaged when it crashed. When mine acted like a fly away my initial reaction when I picked it up,was the prop was damaged when it crashed. It was only when I went the next day and searched around the tree...
Exactly, what if a prop fails, not breaks, but fails in a way that is loses grip on the air. I don't know, from a quick manuvere or a wind gust. Would that not be like a motor failure. The bird would obviously lean to that side and the engine would probably rev higher in rpm but what if it...

A lot of what ifs but that's another topic. I can see your point and have no problem with it but there may be a reason to enable Naza mode and that is Atti mode. I know you only fly with with a large amount of satellites but if for what ever reason the gps acts up and it starts to fly away to...
Sure I know. I just not realize it was right above. I taught it was somewhere over the big field in front of my house. Now when I look the video it´s clear it´s right above but the FPV somehow confuted me.
He'll realise it can be difficult to get orientation once he's FPVd at distance. :)...
Olduffer, this was posted the other day and is a good technique to getting your bird home. Don't stop asking questions because some posters know it all. I have tried numerous times to use the search engine on this site and to be honest it is sometime useless as wet toilet paper..
