I appreciate the all the input. We used dji blades, but really, it is like the motor is weak. I am going to take the advice to send it off. I will give a report once it comes back. Thanks for all the input!

I have a Phantom 3 Standard that has been working great util I let my son take it out for the first time by himself. Broke a blade on landing, replaced the blade no problem, but now both silver motors do not turn correctly. I am looking for someone that might be able to repair in my area...
