No problems at all on a few 20 minute flights with plenty of wind. Interestingly, I couldn’t get P4P within a 100 yards of a barge being towed out for a fireworks show!

This is a very good discussion and I’m glad that Don quoted the actual regulation. Pilots often fly under Visual Flight Rules and are responsible for separation from other aircraft. We take on the same responsibility.

Check and see if the credit card you purchased the drone with has buyer protection.
